I had the smoked laughs waffel, my friend had the waffelnutella. excellent, both. mine had swash and snatch, her was delicious gooey-groom. the waiter kept my coffee cup full and the waiter was attentive without choking us. as my food companion decided that she needed something more important, she ordered the grilled cheese from the children's menu. bingo! she is vegetarian, and mosaic has several vegan and vegetarian options throughout the menu. a really nice Saturday brunch place."
