One item took 40 minutes, which they then thought it was funny. The old woman in the front ignored me entirely for the first 5 minutes I got there, and as I tried to ask how long she ignored me again until I had to yell “hello?” and she said a few minutes which ended up being 10. Absolutely will never returnEdit: if you want to try to distort and lie atleast own up to what happened. I arrived at 5:04 at the pickup time. I have the screenshots from the customer as well.I left at 5:18. I stood there while a man in classes cooked, a young man walked around and the older woman bagged items. I waited until she finished and she walked away. I went to the microphone and said excuse me and she never responded, she came back 5 minutes later. Between that time you dispatched your delivery driver who was also waiting AFTER i had arrived. There was another woman there that waited equally as long to be acknowledged. The customer said he ordered his food at 4:42 pm. If you’re going to ignore people don’t be shocked when they aren’t friendly when YOUR customer service isn’t up to par. Even after waiting 10 minutes, I asked how long and was told again, a few minutes and it was another 10 minutes. You assumed because I wasn’t the “patron” that you couldn’t be reviewed. When you’re purposefully ignoring someone in your establishment and then laughing, don’t be shocked that the review is not in your favor. Work on your customer service because it was uninviting, rude, condescending and unprofessional. I see why your reviews sit at a 3.8."

"I was recently treated by a surprise birthday party at Josephine’s Downtown. The service was impeccable, no one waited for cocktails or dinners. The food presentation was spectacular, everything delicious and gaining many compliments from our guests. My favorite, the crab cakes were absolutely perfect. Some people got the rack of lamb and I was told that it was delicious and presented as beautiful standing racks. The decor is so glamorous, black and white photos of Hollywood stars mixed with gold fixtures. Josephine’s is gaining on being the best restaurant in Lancaster."

"We have had take out several times from Chung Wah. It’s simply the best Chinese restaurant in West Palm in my opinion. The food is consistently excellent. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. "I love this place! This is by far the BEST Chinese restaurant. "I never write reviews, but that was absolutely the worst Chinese I ever had and I'm not picky! I wanted to order from another place than our usual, and I think this place was much better years ago. the fried rice was a strange texture. I have tried to find out what else could be mixed with him, or whether it was a mixture of slime over boiled and undercooked rice? my man and I have two different things, but it tasted in the ground as if only my same had sown on it. do they use the same sauces for everything? after a few minutes I started to make sure that this was someone else's meal from the restaurant that it did not finish. so disappointed."

"Food quality and customer service were amazing here. Very traditional Chinese cuisine with good taste. I ordered shrimp dumplings, the house Chow my (the pan roasted noodles, a mixture of proteins, with engraving a really rare find), and finally Beijing Duck with steamed rolls. I'd go back here, hands down. Heads up: Mobile phone service within the restaurant can be a hit or miss, so note it when you meet with a large group or on a date."
