"Our party of 5 came to 1Kept for brunch on mother's day. The restaurant was at about 50% capacity. We were seated and the waiter promptly took our drink orders, and also ordered an appetizer. About 20 minutes passed before the drinks arrived and he took our entree orders. After 45 minutes passed from ordering the appetizer, we notified the waiter. 10 minutes later, the bacon beignets arrived. They were good. About 20 minutes later, the waiter returned and said our entrees (mostly egg-based, so easy to make) would be ready soon. At this point, a person in our party ordered a beer. About 15 minutes later, the first entree arrived. Three more arrived 5 minutes later. It took about 15 more minutes for the last entree (an omelette) to arrive. No explanation was given for the long delays. Food was good, servers were friendly, delay was awful and ruined the experience. Oh, and the beer never came."
