"I started with a kilo of lifter Irish Ale, who was as pleased as the name could suspect. The Caesar salad was surprisingly good at the point where I could only taste fresh egg in the dressing. I usually avoid ordering ribeye in restaurants because honestly nobody cooks as good as me, unless I'm in a well-known steak house but if an Irish pub specifically offers a prime ribeye, then you need to know what they do, right? I mean, who would offer a sharp cut if they don't know what the hell they did? Needless to say they have not disappointed! Medium rare and pink throughout the way it should be. The severity on the potatoes (like the rest of my meal) was rich and tasteful, but not over salted. The cookie that came with was fluffy and moist with a hint of sweetness. A nice addition to the remaining meal. If I lived in town, I'd be here all the time."
