"Excellent customer service. The food is good but some of the food was definitely dried out and over cooked on the buffet. Amazing dessert bar though!! Very nice restaurant overall."

"Complete ****. Inattentive service. Staff doesn't know how to use OpenTable, so they didn't know I had a reservation and told me they would accommodate me despite how busy they were. Completely unacceptable behavior for staff to tell a customer that. Food was incredibly disappointing. The noise level was unbelievably loud and there was cobwebs and old tape hanging on the walls and wall sconces."
