Just give them a call or email them to find out what's been roasted that week (or even that day) and they'll guide you on pick-up afterhours. In addition to their variety of beans, the pricing is AMAZING in comparison to other options in the area. Ask for the neighbor discount if you're a local they'll hook you up.
