"I had allergic food erd to me then refused to give me a refund until i got a note from a hospital after i made it very clear that I could not have this food. I was not allowed a refund although I was obsessionally sick until I went to doctors and then MAYBE they would reimburse me, 10 YEARS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLE. "I've gotten boneless ribs and pork fried rice twice from Lilac, the ribs were better the first time but still yummy the second. Rice is so good! Will go again! My GPS was very confused by the parking lot, it's a one way lot and not really visible until you're on top of it but I got there after one hit and miss. "This restaurant was very close to my hotel where I was staying in New York, and thus I had taken parcels from this place couple of times. The restaurant is kind of no-nonsense, with a very cheap price tags. At $6 one can get four pieces of crispy fried chickens with good amount of fried rice. Service time is really quick, even during the peak time too. Food is very average, to say the truth. If you like spicy food, you may find this place suitable to your needs.<br/ <br/ Overall, a nice budget place for some quick bites."

"I had a terrible experience with the customer service and delivery at this restaurant. The manager was rude, and the delivery person was equally unfriendly. The food was just average, and the prices were quite high. The delivery person refused to come into the building on three separate occasions simply because he didn't want to take the elevator. Communication was difficult, as both the manager and the delivery person struggled with English. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, the manager yelled at me. I will never order from this place again."

"Clean Plates!. Hunan is the go to for my classic Chinese food fix. The service is friendly; they actually engage interact with people. They kept drinks filled quite a few regulars seemed to be in there when I was. H S soup pretty good. Egg roll standard but fresh. Dishes are superb. The vegetables have a light crunch flavor, everything piping hot, just enough sauce for the rice not drowning in it. The value is great, Kung Pao, Mongolian, Szechuan, tofu too it's all good. HOT mustard!!!"
