"I wish I could rate this restaurant 0 stars! I ordered food from them this afternoon and it was never delivered. I called the restaurant multiple times but no one ever picked up the phone. I truly believe they are running a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! I tried calling them again tonight and finally got someone on the phone to let them know what happened. The man said that my food was delivered and that I could dispute the charge- this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked why no one called or texted me to let me know they were delivering my food. He said that he's not the delivery driver so he couldn't tell me that. When I asked to speak with a manager he hung up on me. Save yourself the hassle of ordering from this place. There are better boba and bao places in Astoria that you don't need to waste money here!"
