"I went to jack chen ii after having spent the day at six flags new england. I found it on my happy cow app. there are not many vegan options in the opposite, it was late and we starve. it is a tiny bit of space to take and not a restaurant with sitting, waiter or alcoholic drinks. we ate our eating on polystyrene plates with plastic forks. I am vegan and the first thing I noticed was that the owner (who took my order) did not know what was vegan. Although it is true that they have a lot of fake meat, there is no way to check that they are actually vegan I personally do not trust to go back enough and I would not go back. we ordered something to eat in the restaurant and it was ok. definitiw oily, unhealthy, as I said, I am not convinced that it was vegan, even after the conversation with the owner about what I needed (no chicken meat, eggs, fish sauce etc.) we were really hungry for six flags, so we ordered a vegetable frying rice I gave them only 2 stars because the portions were large, they have at least since then soy protein and most places have not, so maybe they try? I do not recommend this restaurant and I would recommend finding something else to eat. I will not eat the rest I hate. the worst part of my experience came when I wanted to use the bathroom. I wish I never asked. the bathroom was dirty the sink was filled with dingen and unusable. I had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom that was a vegan nightmare. I do not exaggerate when I say that there are huge buckets filled with blood meat long **** gloves around the whole place. I felt like it was something that they would see in a slaughterhouse, and it totally turned around and made me wish I never had eaten there. I felt sick. I don't know why they were so bad, but I didn't have to see it. this is definitiw no vegan friendly establishment."

"New ownership since 2020. My family of 4 used to order the takeover in advance, and we did not know that the property changed. It's been two years since we ordered from Chef Chen. Anyway... I usually don't like to leave negative 1-star reviews, but here I am. My review for the quality of food. Today, the 22nd March, I ordered Singapore rice noodles, General Chicken and Szechuan Beef (they no longer have crispy beef due to new possessions). 1. The Singapore Rice Noodles tasted Blande and really tasteless; the cook/cook should have more curry powder, spices and meat. In ancient possession, there were tasteful with meat, fried eggs and vegetables. In the current new possession it is basically bleeding with 95% rice noodles (vermicelli). The rice noodles also have a slight repulsive smell as if it was old and not fresh. 2. Szechuan Beef. Salted with rarely any beef. It was about 70% vegetables and 30% beef. The beef is thick and not thin (uniform) cut. 3. General Chicken. This is the only redeeming meal during this order. It's mediocre. Wah Shine and Dragon Palace? both here in Vacaville? makes extraordinary General Chicken. With that said, my family is not going to be borderline to order any recording of Chef Chen. If we do in the future and if the Singapore Rice Noodles and Szechuan Beef undergoes prescription changes, these two will not be candidates for taking orders. Speaking of Singapore Rice Noodles, Dragon Palace has the best Singapore Rice Noodles in Vacaville. Despite the lack of quality of food, Brian, who took my order, was polite and professional and fast when processing my take-out order. Who knows? I always say that people make their own decisions. Try it out and don't let my review turn off. The new owner change and the food could be good for you. If not, please use constructive criticism to let the entrepreneur know in the hope of improving the quality of the recipe."
