"After placing our order, we waited 35 minutes for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, when we took our first bite, we found that it was cold. We informed our waiter, and the manager came over to address the issue. He apologized and asked us how he could make it right. We requested a discount on our meal, as we did not want to wait another 35 minutes for new food. The manager agreed and also offered us a complimentary dessert. Despite the disappointment of cold food and slow service, we appreciated the gesture. For our next visit, we may opt for takeout instead."
