(and intended before this snowy service fee). we wanted to like this restaurant, but after three last try we are disappointed each time. good atmosphere, and eating on the buffet looks right, but it's blanching. the duck was not pressed; the garnel lobster sauce was not shrimp lobster sauce and the dishes were all cool to tepid. we were served by the owner himself, who was pretty in smoozy chatter but not so hot on service (during our brunch, all he did was filled out of our waterglasses once, but he still felt justified to make an unannounced service bill.
