The chips and salsa served promptly after seating were simply addictive. The salsa, in particular, stood out with its fresh, vibrant flavors. Their traditional taco salad impressed with its perfectly seasoned ground beef and fresh ingredients. As for the nachos, they vanished in a flash, topped with gooey melted cheese and all the irresistible toppings. My teens devoured it before I could have a fair share. ? The enchiladas were another standout, featuring flawlessly seasoned shredded chicken stuffed in a soft flour tortillas and smothered in their delectable sauce. Fiesta Guadalajara exceeded our expectations with its mouth watering cuisine and attentive service. Our drinks were always full and food was delivered quickly.
