"The carnitas in the Super Quesadilla Carnitas was flavorful, but it didnt have the crispness that carnitas should have. It felt like they didnt do that final step that differentiates carnitas from plain shredded pork. Also, there was hardly any cheese in it. Every time we picked it up to take a bite the meat would fall out. Its not that it wasnt tasty, because it was, but if you are expecting what you are used to from Americanized Mexican food, this could fall short. Still worth trying though. I will say they definitely dont scrimp on meat, which is really nice. The Birria taco was really good and stuffed full of meat. I keep forgetting that you have to buy the consommé separately, but fortunately the meat is so tender and juicy its fine without it. Its really flavorful too."
