"Once again a high price lousy meal. Ordered 4 piece chicken, paid extra for white meat received 2 legs and 2 thighs. My pizza crust was like rubber, chewy very brown. Asked for extra sauce, barely had any sauce. Of course didn't realized till we had gotten home, 5 miles 1 way. I love Abbys but The Winston Abbys is consistently the worst one. The kids working there also have a Don't give a hoot attitude."

"We ordered 2 mini pizzas, a Hawaiian and a taco pizza. The Hawaiian was just fine, but the Taco pizza was literally the worst I ever had. It was overcooked, had no melted cheese on the pizza, but had cold shredded cheese, salad and tomatoes on the side. The worst thing is that it was SUPER salty. Like so salty I couldn't finish a single slice of the mini pizza. Maybe it was better when it came with a ranch to help cut saltiness, but really I don't think it helps so much. The Hawaiian was quite typical. Good amount of pineapple and ham, very little cheese, so edible, but nothing too special. I definitely wouldn't order again. Have 3 stars instead of 1 because the Hawaiian was fine."

"This place gives me all the nostalgic feelings. I remember coming here with my father when I was a dirty kid 5 or 6. Back then over 25 years ago it was always full of families. The adults would sit at the tables to eat pizza chicken, drink beer and turn around. While the children would literally walk in circles playing TAG or hide-N-seek sink. After the end of quarters for arcade games anyway. They still have. Walking to this place now, especially during the Covid times is like seeing a well-known movie, but without characters, Luckily the food has really changed 't! It's still the best chicken and pizza around. I highly recommend it!"

"Excellent pizza hands down probably the best pizza in Yakima. Family friendly atmosphere, including a game room for kids, tv screens for sports games. A great choice for a birthday party for a kid or an adult(adult kid as they serve alcohol as well. The fried chicken is good, the salads are good. You basically can't go wrong with the menu choice quality of the available items. This place is wheelchair accessible too. Side note: for whatever reason they don't have ketchup bottles/dispensers, it would be a good idea to bring your own ketchup (I know maybe your favorite hot sauce. In any event the pizza is choice quality in my humble opinion, highly recommend the hometown hero!!"

"Pizza can be hit or miss...but when it 's good, it 's fantastic! On the expensive side once you add drinks and an order of spuds and/or a salad. Love sitting by the fire and always a sports event on the tv. Keep an eye on things if you place a 'To Go ' order. Twice I 've been forgotten about then never received an apology."

"Couldn't order anything at six pm. Due to no staff. I live two houses over the cut off and they wouldn't let the other store help us. Bob (Skinny) would never approve of such a thing. They want you to help the local business but the local business never perform to or keep any integrity or standard's. UPDATE August 17, 2024. I contacted management as I was asked to in response to my review. I talked to Greg B for almost forty minutes. He said he needed to talk to Corey from the North Medford Abby's to verify what I was saying was true and that he would get back to me in a couple days. Well he never called me back despite me calling him several times and leaving voicemails to inquire on a resolution to my back to back horrible experiences. All I wanted was my money back and I would go with a different pizza place my family wants pizza. Instead it's almost been three months with no consideration given to me as a customer period. What's even more frustrating is that they can afford to play commercials through the Olympics, but can't take care of local customers that spend their hard earned money with them. Like a 187.86 is a lot of money to return to me in cash like I spent. Really is unkind way to run buissnees. Greg B you should be ashamed of yourself. You get paid good money to sail the ship for Abby's. Then drop the ball when I have had to go through hours of hoops to be satisfied. When really I should of been able to go to the counter and get my money back and still be happy. Instead I get to hear your promises never come true. Goes to show you that your only as good as the captain of the shop. Can't wait to hear your excuse and continue waiting. ? ? ?"

"We were camping at Beverly Beach and needed pizza for 12 adults and 3 kids. Abbys was awesome throughout. The pizzas are pricy $40 for their best Giant options (16 slices) but it's the best pizza we've had anywhere on the Coast. We had pepperoni, their classic combo, and the vegetarian with artichokes. all three were big hits. If you order online, be careful... they have two stores that get mixed up often.. You want Newport, not Newberg. Great crew there, very accommodating, couldn't have asked for more."

"Abbys in Rogue River has its wonderful staff, that greet their customers in a friendly manner. I always order by telephone and the representative on the line is very friendly. I receive my pizza on time, hot, and did I mention they have this circular chimney, that once it's lit in the winter time, it would be fun to see. The atmosphere inside the abbys is quiet and chill, a great place to have a family function or meetings if you prefer. Highly recommend."

"My wife and I had a 16” half pepperoni half Hawaiian pizza to go. The pizza was good but DEF NOT $35 good! I was hesitant to pay that much in the first place but they were rated the best pizza in the area so had to try it. One and done for us. WAAAAY too expensive.
