"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered food to go and they completely messed up my order. I asked for extra cheese and sour cream on my burrito, but received neither. When I called to complain, they insisted that I couldn't order sour cream on my burrito, even though it clearly states on their website that you can. I also ordered a torta without onions, but was told it was a mix and they couldn't take them out. This information was not provided on the online ordering menu. The worst part was that they took no responsibility for the mistakes. The girl at the front desk seemed indifferent and didn't seem to care if she lost her job or not."
