"You all have become a let down. There was once upon a time, I would order from you 2 3 times per week. I took a bit of a break and the last two times the pizza is not as it was. Today 05/12/2021, my work department orders and a full pizza is not put on the order, fortunately we did not get charged for it. We get 3 orders of breadsticks when we only wanted two, one of which we asked to have it be the free one that you used to offer on the Moon Township section of the online ordering (online ordering hasn 't worked for months). The marinara sauce for the Breadsticks is watery now and previously it was thicker and good tasting. The pizza crust is not what it used to be at all. If you all at Moon Township are simply using the La Felice name and are not really part of the La Felice name, stop using it. Although I have never been to the Ross Township or Squirrel Hill locations, you in Moon are giving my La Felice a bad name."
