"My group visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration and we were very disappointed with the service. The waiter only took a few drink orders before disappearing for over 20 minutes. We had to remind him to take the rest of our table's orders. When the food finally arrived, we had to remind him that we still needed to order our meals. He then took some orders, disappeared again, and forgot about the initial orders he had taken. It took a total of 2 hours for us to receive our food, which came out at different times. Overall, we were very confused and frustrated during our meal."
