Pedimos cambio de mesa (10personas) o bajar un poco el volumen de la música a las 8:30pm mientras cenábamos y su primera respuesta fue que si no nos gustaba nos fuéramos. The worst service ever! Ask to turn down the music a little bit because it was diner time 8:30 pm or to move us to a quiet table and the first answer we got was that if we didn't like it we could leave! Too rude for being that pricey"

"An all-around nice spot in Beverly Hills to grab some good Mexican food and drinks. The atmosphere is open with a welcoming yet refined ambiance. The service was super friendly and attentive too. The food is on the pricier side, but pretty tasty and a good stop between shopping in the area. They have daily lunch specials from 11 to 4 pm and AYCE Sunday Brunch for about $50 with a Bottomless Mimosa add-on for another $25. Very tempting, but I'd probably get kicked out of the stores after being blitz. Anyways, I came here for lunch and tried their Maracuya and Watermelon Mojito for drinks. The Maracuya was an all around good cocktail with the smoky mezcal. I asked for it a little spicy and they added some jalapeños for me. The Watermelon Mojito was like summer. Very juicy, sweet, and bright! For food, they are known for their guacamole so definitely went with that. It came with a citrusy green salsa and a smokey hot red. Pretty good and great for sharing. Really fresh guac that is light and airy being a good mix between chunky and smooth. I also got their Mole Poblano. Super delish and highly recommended! The mole was sweet and deep with smoky notes. It was served over some shredded chicken that was cooked percectly! It came with some rice, plantains, and tortillas to build a taco. Really good mix of carbs! I enjoyed every bite and would get it again. All in all, I enjoyed this place! Aside it being a bit pricy, it had good service, food, and ambiance!"

"Service was great. Food had great flavor but needs to be kept hotter. I wish they had mentioned the taco guy was outside. We realized it much later. Mariachi band was really good, a little reserved but they played beautifully. Overall I enjoyed this spot more than the one at Glendale. The only thing I wish they had done something to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. I had mentioned it prior. But it’s okay, next I’ll ask for a dessert to sing her happy birthday. Thank you."

"The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!"

Reservé una mesa hace días en la terraza. cuando llegamos me dicen que sólo hay espacio en el bar porque tienen muchos grupos porque es el 15 de septiembre. ¿Por qué aceptaron mi reserva entonces? también las anfitrionas bastante desagradables. Nos sentamos en el bar y la atención del súper buen camarero. Tenían menú mexicano. la comida nefasta, las entradas frías, la fosa más insípida que he probado y la super x. postres demasiado caros, por ese precio espero otra calidad completamente. "We had dined at Frida on two other occassions in the last month and figured it would be a great place to take mom on Saturday for Mother’s Day (Since Mexican people always celebrate Mother’s Day on the 10th . The prior two occasions I had tried 2 separate dishes and welcomed the opportunity to share my taste with my family. I recommended a dish to mom and dad and my wife proceeded to order something new to try out. The meal was described as a “filet mignon butterflied accompanied by customary sides including a mole enchilada”. To our surprise the plate was brought out with “Skirt Steak”. When I informed the waiter he said that he would get one of the lead persons. I spoke to the lead person and proceeded to point out the difference between skirt steak which was on my wife’s plate and filet mignon which was on dad’s plate. He said that he would get the manager. The manager proceeded to come to the table and ask if there was a problem, to which I replied there was no problem that we just wanted to get charged the apporpriate price for skirt steak (which a similar plate was available on the menu. The manager assured me that there would be no problem to go ahead and enjoy our dinner. We proceeded to finish our dinner and receive a bill that had the incorrect price based on the manager’s concession. When I approached the manager regarding the bill error he proceeded to inform me that there was no error and that skirt steak and filet mignon are the same cut of beef just prepared different. I told him that skirt steak and filet mignon come from different parts of the cow. I told him that I wasn’t trying to get something for free and that I was pleased with the meal that it just didn’t seem fair paying filet mignon priced entree when skirt steak was offered and reminded him that he had already agreed to the price at our table. The manager seemed disturbed by my questioning and didn’t seem pleased with giving me a fair price. He finally made the adjustment but I don’t think he ever understood why he made it. The manager has very poor negotiation skills and customer service skills, let alone any knowledge of beef cuts and food preparation."

"I met with some employees after work a farewell dinner for one of our friends who left the country. She's from Nepal and wanted to try Mexicans. Since it is a centralized location for all of us, and the reviews, I have chosen to try Los Jimadores. And it wasn't disappointed by George! We sat fast and the waiter was extremely attentive. We were all on drinks and snacks on tortilla chips and salsa, in no time. I liked the decor; it was very suitable for booting a Tex Mex and with a Mariachi band. All 5 of us have ordered something else, and each plate was divine! After we had a bite, we were all glued. It was funny, because the forks just started to strip everywhere. Everyone ate from any other plate. It was good food and good times... Food, fun and music was a perfect celebration. Our friend had an excellent tasting of Mexican food and loved it! Thanks to the entire team of Los Jimadores. Verily, the customer is number one in a world where customer service becomes more like self service. We will be back and recommend to everyone to read the reviews to give them an attempt. "
