"Genuinely in the sheer lack of effort that went into the meal. Salsa was frozen. The guac tasted store bought. And the beans were like ice and dry like hell. There was also NO FLAVOR. Not even to compensate hot sauce on the table. I will say her meat was tender and pleasant to eat, but tasted like something from a midwest kitchen, not a MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN CALIFORNIA!! I really wanted to like this place, but I think they have given themselves to catering for their most common customers and quality..."

"we came to lunch on Tuesday. it is an unexpected location and the outside area is a bit down. the inner is dated, but it cries authenticity and it is clean so it works. tvs playing the Spanish channel ran in the background and a friendly, efficient staff is there to welcome, serve and deliver. eating is very traditional Mexican cuisine and it was good. I loved the chips and salsa (but the guacamole could have been better) we sister and I cleaned our shield and we would definitely go back. I would like to bring a big group and take over the room!"

"We absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. It's located inside a Mexican grocery store, so not only can we enjoy a meal there, but we can also purchase unique ingredients for cooking at home. The Pollo Loco is a fantastic lunch option. We typically order three different dishes and create a buffet-style lunch and dinner for two. The refried beans are outstanding, and we surprisingly enjoy the rice, which we usually avoid at other places. Eating in allows us to try a wider variety of dishes compared to ordering from Door Dash. Be sure to sample their ceviche - it's a must-try!"

"top notch! this place is a hidden gem and if I gave them 10 stars. as a native Central American I can say that this is authentic Salvadorian and Hispanic food. highly recommend their tacos de birria (obtained image), pupusas, break resistant plate, huhn combo taco. their aromes are excellent and beautifully balanced. Although they have a focus on hispanic dips, their American dishes like the breakfast burrito (highly recommended) have a superior taste. the personal is wonderful, very friendly and professional. the dishes are immediately ready to eat in their cozy and clean place, they take to their work / home or app delivery. "I found this place by accident because my favorite place to get tacos on this side of town (Taqueria el Chino) is closed on Wednesdays. I called my order in. My food was ready. Checkout was quick and easy. I enjoyed my breakfast taco. Tortilla and ingredients were warm and fresh. The salsa was well seasoned too! The price is very reasonable and eating one taco was enough for me. Great asset to the community! Glad you all are here!"

"I'm so impressed by Pancho's! Amazing authentic Mexican food. We had the Pancho's Torta and the Red Chilaquiles with steak and were blown away by both dishes. I loved that my Chilaquiles were actually spicy and not toned down! The agua frescas were fantastic and refreshing, and you get such a generous portion! It was so hard to decide what to have for lunch today because we wanted to try everything on the menu. Can't wait to go back!"

"Maybe dinning in is better. Honestly we ordered the family taco night dinner. All the tortillas were stuck together and would not come apart. We did not receive any guacamole. We did received the green sauce that was so hot my son almost threw up. The portions received for 4 people were really small. Except the tomatoes we were given a large container of those.
