"The disappointment is real. Poor service. The only lady there has poor customer service skills. We asked her if we could get more beans for the baliadas because they only smear it on the tortilla, her response “solamente somos empleados aquí”… excuse me?? We did not ask you in a bad way, we were polite about it for her to get offended. Needless to say, the baliadas and pollo con tajadas were not the best. Maybe get a better waitress with a positive attitude and better cooks…. So sad. Oh and than the 15% tip was included in the receipt which she did not deserve. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting."
