"My girls and I came here to celebrate a birthday. Our service at the bar was rough but Eric, who we thought was a bar back, ended up coming over to check on our table and gave us the best customer service of the night. We discovered that he was actually one of the managers there. He was very kind, attentive and efficient. He brought our food out with no problem. He literally turned our night around.
