"I had to leave a review after the disappointing experience we had with the ‘Indian’ food presented here. The only dishes that were somewhat decent were the samosas and chicken tikka masala. We were excited to find an Indian restaurant during our road trip, but the food was a letdown. The veggie pakoras were especially bad—doughy, gooey, and oddly spherical, which I’ve never seen before. Chicken 65 looked like it was boiled in red food coloring with some lemon juice squeezed on top. The biryani was bland and tasted like nothing but cardamom powder. Even the garlic naan was disappointing, with just garlic powder sprinkled on top. On the positive side, the ghee rice and chicken tikka masala were good. The restaurant is called Tadka, but there was no trace of any actual tadka in the food."
