"Early dinner started well on Mother 's Day May 14, 2023, they seated us as a same day reservation after enjoying TEFAF exhibit Sunday afternoon. The problem then started with the owner, who loudly complained that we ordered only a single steak entree for three people 3 times, (after ordering appetizers, salad and pasta) When my wife then understood what he said, she asked to speak to him again. He said 'I know you want to tell me something signora but I don 't want to hear it ' and stormed off. He was a complete a We almost left on the spot, but felt bad for the wait staff that were very nice and have to work for this very angry, bitter man. He should sell his shares in the restaurant and go do something else in life. Leave the restaurant in the very capable hands of it staff Instead. There are plenty of great restaurants in NYC with amazing staff and service. I would not recommend going here unless you enjoy being punished for your patronage."
