"Since there is no Jamba Juice in my area, it took a long drive to arrive to this location. But overall the drives are worth it! The staffs are nice and helpful. We happened to try the Electric Berry Lemonade and Acai smoothie, the previous trip, we tried strawberry smoothie and matcha green tea smoothie. They are so good (i hope healthy as well! . We ordered the first time through our mobile app, I think it costed more since there is a tax fee to remain app, so if you are not busy then I recommend order in store to reduce those fees. Overall, great drinks!"

"Ive been comming to jamba since middle school and always got the pb chocolate love. I came in today and got 2 pb chocolate loves and 1 bold n cold brew. The cold brew tasted like actual sawdust, no joke. I brought it back in and told them that it tastedlike sawdust , and they asked me if I wanted something else. I said yes and she immediatly went to the other employees andstarted loudly complaining about how I said it tasted disgusting. The 2 pb chocolate loves just tasted like banana and penutbutter, not even a hint of chocolate. Im probably not comming back because they didnt even apologize when Ireturned the drink."

"So I ordered all my food off doordash, and normally never have any issues with this location, however this time the Primo bowl that I ordered the bottom was broken so when I actually picked it up all the contents fell out. Both of the smoothies were soover Blended that they weren't even smoothies. And they were all separated by the time I got them which was a very short periodof time after I had ordered them. "The service at this point is a little slow, but I had a voucher for $5 that had expired a day before, and they like to honor it. The staff was nice and helpful. This was after another Jamba site had told me that I had to log in to the app to use a voucher, but I couldn't sign up because they didn't have a Wi-Fi available, so they told me that there is nothing they could do for me, and my voucher ran this day, so I was screwed."

"On 6/22 at 2:00 PM, the employee working at the restaurant was extremely impolite. When we entered, we were not welcomed or informed that Jamba Juice now requires masks. The employee insisted that we could not stay without a mask and said she would take our order. She looked us up and down, rolled her eyes, and reiterated that we needed a mask to be inside. While we understand the policy, it would have been better if she had explained it more kindly instead of being rude and ordering us to leave with her arms crossed. After reading other reviews, it seems that other customers also had negative encounters with employees as soon as they entered, so it seems to be a recurring issue unrelated to COVID. I observed another person leaving while shaking their head and cursing about the rudeness of the staff. It is clear that they need to improve their employee training."
