"All the employees here can careless about customer service. No greeting. No appreciation for being a patron. Simply order on the kiosk and go. It's so robotic. Their food and drinks are nothing to write home about. Even Boba Guys is better... and that's not saying much. I'll be taking my business else where. Some of my other go to places are T4, Teaspoon, and Yi Fang. At least those places have good drinks and good customer service."

"Waffle fries are always spectacular from here. Their spice level can be too much for a first timer bc they use powder chili so Id suggest level 1-2 to start then if youre up for it go higher! Smoothies are delicious bc they dont taste like sugar water and tea seems to be fresh everyday too!"
