"Service was great up till my son found a broken piece of toothpick in his sandwich. They used toothpicks to hold together his sandwich, but the one we found want broken off of either of them. He was chewing it cause he thought it was a tough piece of bacon (which his sandwich had) till he spit it out. That could 've ended badly.... The manager stopped by, apologized, smiled and offered a free dessert (which we declined) but there wasn 't any genuine empathy in her actions at all... That 's the part that got me and my wife. I 'm thinking uh one of your cooks probably shoved a toothpick into the sandwich, went in crooked, pulled it out and didn 't pay attention to make sure ALL of it came out, then put in another toothpick and you offer me a free dessert? Where 's the genuine sorry??? My food was delicious and my daughter 's spaghetti was great. Just stay away from food items with toothpicks?"
