"Modern Japanese food that looks and tastes pretty good. Interesting to see some of the fusion rolls with Italian or Mexican ingredients but not sure how the taste works out. The Seared Tuna Appetizer was great, and if adding a little bit of sauce--esp since there is salad--it works be even better. The Black Thunder Roll was pretty good with reasonably-sized eel pieces on top, but the asparagus inside the roll was a bit of a surprise to me, and I think avocado or cucumber might be a better choice. The Pork Katsu Curry was also pretty good; the pork cutlet was done nicely, though the curry could be a little more spicy for us--which will add to the aroma too."
