"Let me start by saying if you want food that taste pretty good with the worst service ever this is the place for you. This is not my 1st visit here but tonight it was lousy service from the moment we sat down. We were a party of 3 and the table only had 2 setups. I finally had to ask for a third. We ordered soup which came out quickly and was hot, after that is was downhill really fast. We only order 3 dishes; Green Beans with pork that came out cold, was sent back and not much hotter, Beef Chow Fun which was hot and extremely delicious. It?s hard to find good Chow Fun, and a sushi roll which stayed up at the sushi bar for at least 5 minutes until we pointed out that it was there. I had to get up after that and go to the sushi bar to get a bowl for the soy sauce. I had to ask for serving spoons so we can serve our food and and had to ask for plates too. This establishment seemed woefully understaffed for a Saturday night and 2 of the staff working the dinning acted as if the were hired 5 minutes before we walked in. When the check came I attempted to pay with a credit card but after 5 minutes of waiting I put together enough cash so I could get out of there. Decent food, horrible service."

"Probably more of what I had read in the reviews. It's best this place is fine, not great, as some people had said. The location is easy to reach and the parking lot was easy to find. Not crowded, but it ends there. The food was ok, typical sushi, etc. Pricey, but we were by chance there when they offered to buy one, get one free. The interior of Sushi One was simple, nothing special, actually kind of Drab. I can at least say I've been and probably don't go back."

"I have eaten in many Asian restaurants, and this was definitely one of the best in North Carolina. I ordered the tofu vegetable green curry. I could have drank the sauce. Delicious! Silky, with just enough chili and ginger. Crisp, crunchy vegetables with lovely presentation. Nam warmly greeted us at the door. Service was prompt and attentive.The atmosphere for lunch was relaxing and inviting.Another diner was enjoying brightly steamed green edamame and a platter of sushi rolls that made me a little envious. Will have to come back for dinner next time we are in Raleigh.Vegetarian options: We are both vegetarian and found several options. Server and chef happily accommodated our special requests.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for friends, couples or family meal."

"The food is excellent and the new owners Leo and Michelle are very friendly. Leo is very attentive when I take orders and answered all my questions and concerns that my order is gluten-free. The delivery drivers are also very friendly and polite. This is definitely the best restaurant in the area. The menu has a very wide selection of dishes from Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes and appetizers Sushi. I love this restaurant."
