"Phenomenal restaurant! Our waiter was awesome offered suggestions, quick, attentive and very kind. The food and cocktails were amazing (loved the Diplomac burger) and we really enjoyed the overall ambiance/vibe of the restaurant. The head chef 's wife (and part owner of The Diplomat) swung by to chat after our meal to make sure everything came out to our liking and ensure that we had an overall enjoyable experience, which I thought was lovely. She was very kind and told us about the local farms they source their food from and gave us a little history on the restaurant space. We will definitely be returning!!"
