"I had a reservation for 2 people at this restaurant, but when I arrived, I had to wait for 20 minutes. To make matters worse, a couple who arrived 15 minutes after me was seated before me. The staff promised the next table would be mine, but it was given to the other couple instead. There were at least 4 other groups waiting, and it did not seem like any tables would become available soon. I can't comment on the food, but the restaurant needs to improve their reservation management."
