While I was pleased with most of the dishes, there were a couple that didn't quite hit the mark. The samosas and palak paneer, unfortunately, fell a bit short in terms of taste. They lacked the robust flavors I had come to expect from these dishes. However, the rest of the offerings more than made up for it.The curries were the star of the show. Bursting with aromatic spices, they tantalized my taste buds with every bite. The balance of flavors was on point, and the richness of the sauces was simply delightful. It was evident that the chefs at Joy Curry and Tandoor know their way around Indian cuisine.The portion sizes were also commendable. "Happy Anniversary!! I have to say, there are good Indian restaurants in Miami and I've tried most of them. One, which shall remain nameless, was my favorite for a long while but it has been dethroned! Ever since Taste Buds opened in North Beach, every single meal I've had has been delicious! The spice is right if you know your limit, the chai is perfection, the keer is heavenly, the food is made fresh but what makes this place heads above the rest is the staff, specifically, Abhishek, Kush, and Luv... "This is our second or third time coming to the restaurant. The food and service is always exceptional. But I don't understand is the type of music that is played and the noise level. Would be so much better if there was some authentic Indian music that was quiet and not interrupting our conversation. "I loved it... I'm not an Indian food expert, but that was great food. It's been a while and we came by, I just have to say that my taste buds are HAPPY.... our waiter Pana was the best with his suggestions... "I ordered the butter chicken with mild spiciness and plain naan to-go; done-in was not available due to current COVID-19 restrictions. First, the rice was spectacular! It was made so we'll that I could have the rice alone and be mostly happy. It was light and fluffy, was not clumpy nor mushy, and also lightly salted. Seriously great rice! Second, the butter chicken curry was great! There was a decent kick from the mild spiciness but it did not overpower any flavors (at least for me). The curry was smooth and tastes great! I only wish it would be a little more creamy. Third, the chicken looked like chicken pieces/strips (some places like to form the chicken into cubes and I'm not sure why). The chicken was cooked just right; not over cooked, even after sitting in the curry during transit. Plenty of parking in front and around."

"Dishonesty, false statements, delayed service and overcharging made our experience quite horrible.I had informed the owner three days earlier that we have a plan of buffet dinner the weekend, he told on weekends we start buffet from 11:am till 10:pm. My reply was good then I will call to confirm the timing b/4 I come on Saturday, so I called on Saturday at 12 noon and ask to reserve two table of 10 people each and we 'll come between 2-2:30pm. He dropped the bomb that we close buffet at 3:pm on weekend. Instead of arguing, see picture of menu with timing. I had invited 10 families and no time to change the venue we decided to go ahead and eat by order , instead buffet. Owner called back 10 minutes later and offered that he will delay closing of buffet for us, I told him change of plan and 17 of us arrived at the restaurant by 2:30. He offered again that we can have buffet but we stuck to on order plan. Owner claimed that they DO NOT use any commercial condiments at all but all home made and all chicken is also farm grown (Desi). Every guest in this party says that chicken was not desi and regarding condiments, attached picture of his Pantry explains all, This Pantry is right in the main (B) hall where we were sitting. We were told to start with salad, which is already on your tables and food will come in twenty minutes. I had to remind the staff twice for the salad, which was supposed to be on the table already, you can rightly guess the delay in food serving; atleast 30 minutes after we had finshed our salad. Food quality was 3 out of 10 at best, perhaps most items were reheat of leftover of buffet and Paya (goat hoaves) were the worst; few fellow had stomach upset after this food. Only fresh items was NAAN.Now comes the worst part: charges, I end up paying $40 per person and he was expecting additional 20-30% tip, while 18% gratuity had already included in the bill, see bill attached. I did not tip at all but decided to write above facts for the benefit of the public. My recommendation: do not encourage any greedy and those who have no regards of their own words. Parking: Lousy and dangerous rare parkingA steel wired, which is holding an electric pole ends right in one of the driveways to rare parking."

"We have become regulars here. The food is fantastic at reasonable prices. The staff is very nice and they make you feel at home. Very accommodating to requests. Did I mention the food is terrific?It is a little hidden, but once you find it you will go back. There is parking on the street and a small parking lot behind. "This was my first visit to this neighborhood Indian restaurant. I was very pleased. The menu is long filled with dishes from many areas of India. Foods are seasoned to your 'hotness ' preference. Portions are generous and service was very friendly. I discovered that they have a $20 three course dinner menu. But, prices for all dishes were very reasonable. We were the only people in this nicely designed restaurant (from 6 pm until we left at 7:30). A lot of people are missing a very good meal. Give it a try. Hope this review helps."

"The option to have mild Indian cuisine is a big plus as my wife is a cancer survivor and her tastes can no longer handle high spice. Ambiance is excellent. You can have a special occasion and feel special. Our guest from London, England loved the restaurant. The food is outstanding. We ordered the Dahi Kabab, Daal Tadka, Saag Burrata, Meen Moilee, Garlic Naan, Basmati rice and Exotic Mix Veg Jalfrezi. We all loved every minute at Shosha! The spicy dishes are outstanding."

"I've been eating in this restaurant for a long time. It has probably changed owners and chefs in these years. The place is spacious and the staff is polite. There are many options north and south Indian. But that's also a problem. All food quality is moderate. All curries taste almost the same. Idlis and Chutney served in the evening are visible stale. Biryani has become very sharp and overwhelms the aromas. A few years back there were fewer options, but the quality was much better."
