"Our waitress was horrible today. She did not bring our orders out as a group and forgot one of the main orders. Once everyone was done eating, we brought it up and told her to cancel it. Even though she forgot, and we canceled it she still tried to charge us for it. Not just that she never checked up on us to see if we wanted another drink or anything else. The place was not busy. The most frustrating part is we were automatically charged 18% to tip for someone failing to do the bare minimum."
