"At first, the food was pretty good. My sandwich was delicious along with the crispy pommes, and they have the best honey mustard! and the pizzas were also good. But the service was missing. The hostess was nice and helpful, the galle that ran the pick-up switch for orders was also really nice and helpful, but our server wasn't. Maybe she had a night, I'm not sure. Well, I will notice that they were pretty busy so I understand a bit to pick up the orders and so, but over 2 hours from beginning to end, and most of them was waiting on the server to either take our order, bring the food, and to take the bill they never did. She was rude and flat out didn't even take some of our drinks orders down and forgot to bring all those we ordered, then only asked if a required refill wait once and not even for an answer from someone before she left. She tried to rush through the commands so quickly that she did not notice the right article until I repeated the actual order. I was a server so I totally understand being busy, but you still check with customers from time to time and you don't get rude or schnippy with them for no good reason. We were respectful and friendly and even tip good despite the terrible service. There was more, but I'll leave it. Great food and a cute place"
