"They couldn't get away with it if it wasn't so good. the service is absolutely regrettable. there is no system and not enough people working, and the fact that we are asked to pay 20% for compulsory satisfaction is so insulting. please gjelina group you can better."

"We have been here twice and love this restaurant particularly the service and ambience. Food is excellent. i made a mistake this time and ordered porchetta which I did not realize has a lot of fat so i only had a few bites. They were so kind to not charge me. Duck wings and my brother's Dorado were great as was my husband's veal. We would highly recommend. Rita"

"This restaurant has very high quality customer service. When you come in, the staff greet you and they offer you a big selection of the meal.I saw when the waitress started to cook meat in front of the customers, which looked very spectacular to me.The pizza quality is very good, with the price of $22+, you can get a very well cooked 14 pizza in just 15 minutes (even though it says on the menu about 20).Also, if you like to see the restaurants with the style of 1920s inside, and also hear the music from that time, this plays is just right for you! I was very excited with this atmosphere.I am very thankful to the staff and to the owner who made this restaurant just to feel yourself very well inside! Even though, I read on other reviews, that there was a previous owner, but I'm still thankful to the current one, and to the staff, who kept this restaurant like it is, and did not change anything significantly.Vegetarian options: Good salad with tomatoes in basil and with fresh mozzarella!Parking: Enough parking space for everybody.Near restaurant, free parking. After you've parked, you can go to the restaurant."

"We absolutely love this restaurant in the North Hills for its exceptional fine dining experience. The service is top-notch, with a traditional and attentive approach. The food is excellent. We were seated in a booth in the main dining area, which was bustling with customers at 5:30 pm on a Friday, including the bar area."

"We had been wanting to try this unique restaurant for some time. The experience was very welcoming, with TVs everywhere, a large bar menu, great service, and every kind of hamburger condiment you can think of. The prices were also very reasonable. We were hoping for a large, homemade burger since it was featured at the top of the menu, but unfortunately they were not the best quality and seemed to be frozen. The concept is great, but we are not sure how often we will return for the hamburgers. It is conveniently close to home and a nice alternative for a family outing."

"Recently opened, it is a great place to experience Spanish flavors. Tapas, wine and main dishes. Conveniently located along the PCH, it offers special Spanish fare, such as Charred Octopus, Gambas, Pan con Tomate, Spanish flat bread with olives, Hamachi Crudo. And when you get there between 5:00 and 7:00, tapas are BOGO! There is also a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. Remember to try the Sangria, of course. If you order, let them know from your salt and spice mirror preference how it could get salty if you are in health food, or spicy hot. As always, note the parking conditions. You are in Laguna Beach. Overall, it is a wonderful experience!"

"From curiosity, I took a minute to look at some of the bad reviews that were recently published, and I must say that it seems management has them to heart on the experiences that my husband and I had here during our vacation in Savannah. It was one of the first places we tried for brunch and it was phenomenal. I have the kale salad (the full is an ugly part, thank you I was hungry!, a side of bacon, and hot chocolate. My husband had the shrimps and grits and coffee he really enjoyed! We returned to brunch (I coveted the salad! and then only tonight for dinner. Everything was amazing and particularly worth mentioning was our experience with the staff. So friendly, helpful and courteous with the food allergy of my husband (Celiac, the food makes really tricky for us. Very recommended!"

"The Shrimp Scampi was the worst tasting shrimp scampi dish I've ever had! It was super sour, like it was only cooked in lemons. I didn't taste any garlic at all. I recommend that no one EVER buys that dish. On top of that I blew $18.04 on a limited amount of food. I'm not saying they are a bad place, because their pizza is the BOMB. But they failed miserably with their shrimp scampi dish. It hurt my taste buds eating it, that I had to throw it away."

"I came based on this image of the interior on Google Maps and was disappointed when I got there so find the dining seating below ground in an outdated area. The ambience was very meh. Next to our dining table was a bucket of pita bread and a panini grill, that hasn’t been cleaned in a while, where they were heating up the pita…it was weird. We paid $17 for an appetizer of hummus, babaganoush and eggplant. Realistically it should’ve been $10. Portions were small of the dips and there were 3 small cold slices of eggplant. My mom said her chicken had a strange taste to it and my salad was small for $16. I expected much more to it for the cost."

"I was a little disappointed on the menu. it did not seem to be the same variety of escape as it was on my first visit. I asked for an evening meal salad and got a bowl of fu greens, which like 11.00 were the trout was excellent, and the service was spot ones. there were a few closest table with a two-year and five years, and the 2 year old was curly throughout the meal – the far away from a child-friendly restaurant."

"Maybe the worst restaurant I had. the goat cheese salad was good, but we should have stopped there. the gorgonzola birne prosciutto walnuts and caramelized was ridiculously bad. there was no pear, the bottom was cold and dry the prosciutto was cut thicker than speck and harder than ruck the gorgonzola was baked dry in the floor and the caramelized swirls were sweetened with grill sauce."

"Beef Dip Sandwich could use more mustard and onion but bread/sandwich was quite big and fluffy, a jus was a bit bland but decent. Didn't skimp on the meat. $14. Dolly (Seven Layer Bar) was average. Although they forgot our drink orders, coffee wasn't bad, just average. All the employees were nice and helpful. Heater on in cloudy 70 degree weather for shaded outdoor seating but lots of flies. Really like the large selection of condiments and pasta. Great options for picnic boxes. Prices are average for LA."

"My husband and I had date night here. We had a 6pm reservation on a Saturday night got seated right away. We opted to eat inside, but had a great view of the ocean. Our server was excellent. She brought our drinks out quickly. For an app, we shared calamari (I’m super picky with my calamari and it was delicious! . For our dinner, I had fish tacos hubby had shrimp tacos. We shared a side of couscous. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"The place is cute and seems to have lots of potential. The staff was overall friendly but they seemed incredibly unorganized and scattered. Cocktails were good. We ordered 3 spreads and some bread and it took insanely long for them to get to our table. Our server was MiA for so long we had to ask someone else why we were waiting so long. The patio was full but the dining room was only half full so being overwhelmingly busy couldn’t have been why it was so slow. We waited equally long for our meals to arrive. The catfish looked good but it desperately needed salt. The potatoes were okay. The cabbage salad was the best thing on the plate. The Farmers plate had major potential. The smoked pork chop was good. The sausage (i forget which one) was okay. They managed to produce 2 pieces of pork belly that lacked any definitive flavor. The kraut was good but there was so much of it, and it was dumped on top of everything so all the components of the dish struggled to shine through the over powering flavor of the kraut and the pool of broth/juice that everything was swimming in. We probably would have stuck around for dessert and coffee but we got so annoyed with how slowly everything was paced, we just needed to cash out and go home. Lots of potential but poorly executed food and incredibly slow and inattentive service were huge negatives tonight. This place has insanely great reviews so maybe it was an off night?"
