"This past weekend my family and I went to eat there and when we paid the bill they just do their thing on the screen. Point is they charged us a 20% gratuity fee when it was only 4 people. The receipt shows that 20% gratuity gets charged for parties of 5 or more! On top of that, the cashier who clearly doesn’t know how to do her job because she was on her phone the whole time, didn’t let us know that they were already charging gratuity, so she had my father click more TIP on top of that 20%. That is way too much for the type of service they give. I most definitely will not walk in to eat there anymore. The decent thing to do is advise customers that tip is being charged. TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS BETTER"

"Looking at the ratings I was expecting a great meal, it was far from that. The food was cold, hard, and old tasting. The rice was in hard balls, and what the heck kind of steak was that?! I gave it one star because the cold fries were good."
