"I love to come into this restaurant, especially for their mol enchiladas. Unfortunately, their values have fallen dramatically in their customers. I called several times to go several times and a personal would pick up the phone and then hang up. when I talked to a manager about it, he said, I know who you are talking about; he is a family member and so I will talk about it again. that was all he always said; this one of the most unprofessional ways to handle this and make sure that their customers come back. He sounded like there was nothing he could do because he's family. family is not a customer business; only the service and the food is. this manager gave the debt different, where instead for the mistake with sympathy for the customers to possess instead of giving the customers information that is not important and say that he can 't do because there is a family member. there were 0 effort to make sure that I come back and 0 effort to make sure they don't lose customers and therefore money! I never go to this place again, since clear, they don't need my money, positive reviews and customers who support their business."
