"Follow up on my previous review. I spoke to the owner, as she left her name and phone number after the review of my salad. The owner, Amanda Williams was beyond professional, and it's clear to me that she cares about the quality of her food, hearing any feedback to improve the execution of their recipes, and making her customers happy. I'm a culinary instructor, and I also teach a restaurant class as well. The response and conversation from the owner was probably the best customer service I have experienced. My son and I also went back to try two sandwiches...the meatloaf sandwich on a roll and Jay's famous Chicken cutlet sub. It was delicious. I plan on going back for a salad this week.
