"Found this place just close to our home, and my wife and I decided to give it a shot yesterday. It was a great decision. The food and desserts were great. Our waitress was nice bright. The owner even came by and asked if we like the food. It was a good experience and very sure we will be back soon to try other menu. Glad it is close to us too."

"MY FAVORITE SHABU SHABU! I've been a loyal customer to them for more than 5 years and I love the service. There are a large variety of sauces and their ingredients are always fresh. There used to be 2 locations (this one and the one in Flushing) but the other one closed during the pandemic. I would really recommend this place.Parking: There is a parking lot. To get in you have to go straight on Springfield Blvd and take a left on that same block into the parking lot."

"Here is the deal. I went there on Aug 15, 2023 at 9:46pm and they were closed. On Aug 16 I called at 8:00pm and asked what time he closes. Assertively he said. 10pm. So I went to dinner and then walked to only arrive at 9:40 and to see the lights off and door locked and CLOSED. REALLY. If you say you're open till 10pm and Google maps says you are open to 10:00. Then STAY OPEN TILL 10. If they can lie about their times, what else do they lie about??????????"

"I only buy the strawberry cakes at this store. An 8 inch cake cost around $36. It comes with candles and a knife. When I don't want Taipan cake, I go here. It's similar to a Paris Baguette or Tous Les Jours. The breads are pricey so I avoid them. I took out one star b.c the consistency of the cake taste is not the same. I bought their cakes 3 times and they all tasted different. The cake with the Logitech mouse tasted too sweet and the design was lazily finished. The second one with the macaroon was the best tasting one. The third one with strawberry glaze is different, and would rate it last. Cake is moist (that's right i said it) and fruits taste fresh for the most part. They have green tea, blueberry, and chocolate cakes too. But i have not tried them yet. Customer service was good; staffs speak English and Chinese."

"Not sure about the negative reviews, but I had a very positive experience here. Came a few hours prior to closing on a weekday night so it wasn't too busy and was able to sit (there is limited seating). Took a second to realize that that ordering was through kiosks and there are 3 kind of all spread out.Ended up getting the thai tea, jasmine milk tea, and level 3 spicy popcorn chicken. Highly recommend the popcorn chicken. Perfectly crispy with well cooked meat (not too dry). Recommend some amount of spice, there are multiple levels to suit your preferences. The teas were good, reasonably priced. I didn't have any issues with the service, unlike some of the other reviews.Overall, it was a great place for a late night snack."

"This my second time from ordering from this restaurant and today I the #4 Chicken Shrimp Teriyaki . The portion was a very nice size and the meal was AMAZING! I ordered the white rice with vegetables. The vegetables included, cabbage, broccoli, and carrot strips. I appreciate that the vegetables were full size pieces versus the small bits I apos;ve received from other restaurants. I ordered a side of White Sauce and it came safely wrapped in plastic to prevent spillage. The container was larger than I expected and Im ot complaining! The teriyaki sauce is really good I just like white sauce and theirs is so yummy!"

"Ordered Brown Sugar Pearl Milk foam and Oolong Bubble Milk Tea. I was debating be 3 star vs 4 because although we really loved the flavor and chewiness of the bubbles drinks were made way too sweet. Oolong tea we chose the lowest sugar level and brown sugar, there was no choice to adjust sugar. If it was less sweet we would've loved it."

No problem I turned around and walked right out of the establishment. I will continue enjoy my ice cream in China town where I know the ice cream is very good and so is the customer service.
