"This used to be my favorite boba place especially when I walk in I’m always greeted and feel welcome especially by one of the male managers that used to work there however , the new girls that work in the afternoon/nighttime are rude and unprofessional. Every single time I go in there they always have an attitude and a stank face. It’s clear to me that they don’t care about their job and they are hurting the business. Hire better people!"

"This is by far the worst boba tea place.The drinks are so watered down and tasteless.The managers or owners need to do secret shopping and taste the product.The cream teas specifically are trash.I've been going to Teahouse locations for over a decade and this location makes me never want to return to any.I've gone several times to this location and it's consistently bad and they run out of Boba often.I'll drive much further to get boba I like."
