I called and made a reservation this time and was quoted to wait 90 minutes. My server (Christie) was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the 6oz Sirloin wrapped with bacon asparagus, along with the Butternuss quesen/iron/bean soup and house salad. Fry bread was very fat I never had it before, but I didn't plan it as fat as it was. The soup was all right, it was very sweet and the Butternuss-Quark made up everything else. The steak was perfectly cooked. I expected more than three stems of asparagus, but it was still delicious. You will get a 5 for the presentation of everything very nicely plated."
