"Good food, and plenty of it. Pricing was fair. They use the big sausage links, and they are a different taste than the small breakfast sausage links. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs and i think they used 5 eggs because there was plenty of eggs. The big thing is they use real potatoes to make home fries. They are cooked on a grill, and not deep fried. Home fries are my favorite part of the breakfast, so this was great for me. It was a bit cold in the dinning room, but not horrible. Overall it was a good breakfast and ill be going back."

"Finally, after 45 minutes, our meals began to arrive, but only after I inquired about their status. The server mentioned that they had many to-go orders, which left us frustrated since we were seated and waiting. The food was served in shifts, arriving in 5 to 10-minute intervals. On a positive note, the food itself was good, but the service left much to be desired. It seems we'll be heading to Clairmont next time."

"Maybe one of the best meals I’ve had in a year or more—capped off by great cocktails and exceptional service from our waiter, Val. "This review would have been a 5/5 except for one thing. First of all the things that were amazing; the decor, the ambience, the music, the service from our waiter Loo was impeccable! And the food its self was Fantastic! Sadly though, when I went...to the ladies room, it was a shocking disappointment. There were 4 stalls/toilets in there, 2 toilets were jammed full of toilet paper and unusable, and the other 2 stalls there was no toilet paper avaiable at all. We went for an early dinner at 6 o'clock Sunday because my husband had just flown back from the UK. Clearly, the washrooms had not been cleaned since Saturday. That is a huge oversight and disappointment for a restaurant that claims to be high end."

"the service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes until a host welcomed us, and there were people waiting for me. After talking to the hostess and letting them know that I made my reservation with open table, she continues to let me know that they don't use open table and never get my reservation. I was not accommodated for these inconveniences and was told that the waiting period would be 45 minutes. I don't want to go back to this location. they should remove open table as a reservation option for twin peaks if they won't use it."

"Today, I decided to order a chopped cheese sandwich and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I specifically asked for no lettuce or tomato, but that request was not honored. The sandwich was lacking in both meat and cheese, which was a major letdown considering the name of the sandwich. Additionally, there was no mayo or ketchup included. It seemed like the person preparing the sandwich did not care about the quality of their work. In the end, my girlfriend had to remake the entire sandwich because it looked like a mess. I'm not trying to criticize the restaurant, but it's important to speak up when things are not up to standard so that the person responsible can improve their work ethic and provide customers with a better experience."

"I found it quite confusing to see that your deli is advertised as open seven days a week until 6 PM, yet when I looked inside, the chairs were stacked on the tables and staff were cleaning. It really gave off the impression that you were closed. It reminded me of the end of a school day when we used to put chairs up, and the janitors would come in to clean. I noticed several people contemplating whether to enter, but they seemed unsure if the deli was actually open. There was even a young woman who opened the door and peeked inside, but after standing there for a while without anyone at the counter, she ended up leaving. I did see one person mopping and maybe another in the back, but they clearly didn’t notice her. In just a 30-second span, I counted seven people who walked by and looked in, and I could tell they didn’t go in because the place looked closed."

"It was my daughter's 31st Birthday and Mike made as a beautiful Seafood Tower which was wonderful!! Mahle was our server and was super nice and always checking on us to see what we needed. We also had a lovely bread service with cute little butterballs. All 6 of us had an outstanding dinner with wonderful memories... The dessert came and was a delicious creme brulee so yummy!! "I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food."

"I haven't been here since it was the Eagle Rock Diner. Or, I should say, since the Eagle Rock Diner was at this location because this is so much different than the old diner. It is a new building in a different spot on the property which affords customers a nice view of Manhattan.Everyone in our party was more than satisfied with their meals which ranged from a cheese omelet to caprese avocado toast to an open-faced pastrami Reuben (pictured). Service was prompt and attentive and this was during peak Sunday brunch.I grew up in the area but live out-of-state now and this was my son's first visit to a Jersey diner. He did acknowledge that he didn't think these diners could be as good as I've always told him, but Chit Chat represented very well. We'll be back!Parking: The main reason it was hard to find parking was that my visit was during Sunday brunch. There is overflow parking, just a short walk away, at the bowling alley."

"Never order soda!! All of them are flat and apparently this is a common complaint according to staff. Went for Sunday brunch. The burger with fried egg not good. Fried egg over cooked, burger over cooked and the bacon under cooked. French fries came when we finished and were decent. Eggs Benedict, the English muffin was soggy, potatoes were less than a spoonful. Don’t bother!! The only reason for a 2 star was the waitress was very nice."
