My husband called when my food was half an hour late and thought maybe something wrong with the address was, we were immediately greeted by an angry woman who put us under control for a little over 5 minutes, then continued to tell me that my food was on the way and should be there in 10 minutes. One hour goes by and they still haven't arrived with my food, so I call back and ask where my food is, the woman tells me it's on the way and should be there every minute and then I say "I'm sorry I don't pay attention to everything, I just cook, he should be there every minute and hang on me. At this point I have heard nothing, so I call back and get the owner, he apologizes when I tell him my name and my problem and tells me that he comes into contact with his driver and promises to call me back immediately. Half an hour goes AGAIN, so I'll call back, it's almost 2AM at this point, I'm tired, have work and just wanted my food I ordered at 10:00. I understand you guessed the same angry woman with terrible customer service. I tell her that it's not even about getting the food anymore because it's clear that I don't get it, and even if it actually pops up, then it's cold and disgusting, I asked her if she would refund me and she said no, you didn't wait long, your food doesn't wait so long that a lie is. It's been an hour. Do you want your food? I really hope this place is closed. Do not give delivery, or even a business service if that is how you 're acting, it is absolutely ridiculous and terrible!"
