"This happened a while ago for me but I STILL can’t get over it so I’m writing this. Our server completely forgot about us and wouldn’t own up to it. My friends steak came out 20 MINUTES before the rest of the tables food, completely finished eating by himself before I even got my wrap and the other 4 people at the table sat without food too. He had to start eating without us otherwise it would have been cold and he and his girlfriend were in a rush at this point. The rest of our food came out after about 20 mins and was cold, so I’m assuming she just forgot to run it and it had died in the window. But they served it to us like that anyways. Sat at the restaurant for almost two hours. Manager came over because the server girl could tell we were not happy and sent her, only to offer NOTHING. Manager came and dropped the tab for us which had a measly around $7 taken off for the inconvenience. Our waitress completely disappeared at that point, and not one water glass was filled and not once plate was cleared. I’ve been in the service industry for YEARS and that is a huge no no. Considering my time in the industry we still tipped accordingly, but looking back I wish we hadn’t. If I had served a table like that I would expect a stiff."
