"This is actually a favorite restaurant (a bit noisy if not cautious to request seats from live entertainment); we love the food... This is more about ensuring that the restaurant receives direct feedback so that they can advance food allergies differently (not something we have experienced before ourselves, as we can order directly from the menu). One of our guests has food allergies and asked no milk... The waitress was not familiar enough with the menu items, so our friend had to make different choices (two times) and they still filled the delivery. Details: After the first round of orders that were taken into the kitchen and delivered, Maggie returned to advise, braided short rib tacos were marinated in buttermilk; so order changed to chicken... in a short time Maggie came back to advice chicken also marinated in buttermilk; Finally, special accommodation was made and Taco dinner changed to short Rib-Birria (with guarantees it had no milk)... our friend requested (to add safely) When the food came for three of us, our friend called us “eat while hot” and we did... Several bites in, Maggie back consulting one of the already delivered Taco plates was actually the special order for my friend and that they gave it to the wrong guest... With a cheesy taco plate in his hand, Maggie delivered it to the intended guest who began to return the plate, he began eating already... My friend with food allergy tried to simplify and said that he already delivered the food (and already partially consumed) to save time (i.e. we had theatre plans and had a short drive ahead of us)... Maggie offered to prepare a replacement meal, but for time reasons my friend decided... We discovered this restaurant about the recommendation of friends and we have since also recommendations to others... The above treatment of my friends meal was a mess and a little embarrassment considering our progress praise."
