Is not fair! Parking: There’s barely space to park, the parking is too small"

"Ordered a pick up order for 7:55 I parked and try to go inside to pick up my food since drive thru had a line and both doors were closed I was not trying to wait in line for a pick up on that case I would had just order on drive thru, I called the storeabout 3 times no one pick up the phone I gave up and went to drive thru waited over 20 minutes to get my food i left drive thruaround 8:21 why they don?t take off the online ordering if you have to get on drive thru any way ?? but at least post a sign orsomething.. is not right I went on 07/11"

"Went there today and ordered teriyaki chicken with half white rice and Udon noodles. I requested that they put a minimal amount of teriyaki sauce on it.When I received my order the food was swimming in teriyaki sauce. Just the sodium content alone could’ve gave me a heart attack.There was hardly any Udon noodles and the noodles were soggy and looked old, it definitely isn’t worth the extra $1.00 they charge for it.I’ve been a customer of this location for over twenty years and they used to serve quality food, but now their food is terrible.The Ontario Mills location is much better and the food is always fresh."

"You need to train your employees properly and with knowledge about app. So they didn't win? I just work here, isn't my job to know about the app? 2 large bowls and a drink got 3 points! Seeds I need 300 after the little bowl! Really? Shows employees' attitude! Customers are offered to download app, but they do not have to answer any questions or concerns! Seems he's ringing the client under Margarita's name! Lol"
