"Management we have a problem. A low professional waiter. This is obviously a fav for regulars. My wife and I were met by a seemingly nice thicker young fellow that seemed to be put off by my wife 's request to kindly replace the beans, and add grilled veggies, and poblano peppers. He said, No problem, but you will have to pay more. Seemed odd, as we expected to pay more. The average(3 stars) meal came, wrong beans but wife said nothing. The meal was finished when she asked about the peppers. (he must have forgotten) He brought two, charging for three, and said, They were bigger than normal. He went on to say, Don 't roll your eyes, I have no control over the cooking. I have zero idea whether she rolled her eyes or not, but it was very odd for waitstaff to be so confrontational. Manager, the two of us will never darken your door again. Though you are forced to hire less than top notch, you still have a responsibility to train them."
