"Let me preface this by saying that the absolute only reason I gave four stars is because the pricing of the food seemed just a touch high. Again, that is the ONLY reason. We were here for our five year wedding anniversary spent together! and honestly, I'd never been here before but my wife has on a number of occasions. I'd always heard good things about this restaurant but I was blown away by the aesthetic before I even set foot inside the building. Seeing the sun set over Lake Superior just accentuated the beauty of the building. Cleanliness? Loved it. Warm and inviting? Absolutely. Service? Exquisite. seriously! props to our waitress!Food? This was one of the best tasting steaks I've had in a long time. Dessert? Phenomenal. It's safe to say I'll be returning when I can!!"

"My wife and I were celebrating our 6th anniversary. We had secured a babysitter for our 3 little boys and were looking forward to a night out. Both of us are educators and while we live a comfortable lifestyle, $40+ steaks are not something that we eat everyday, maybe once a year. The food was very poor, I ordered a New York strip and received a Sirloin. My wife ordered a sirloin and it was Well done and there was little to no seasoning on it. The steaks were both served cold enough that the butter on top did not melt. We ordered pretzels as an appetizer and they were also burned. The meal was $125 total and probably a $25 value. We will not be back."

"Delicious food, great service. We sat in the bar area for Father's Day breakfast. The bar area is cozy and they had soft jazz music. We could also see the World Cup if we wanted (the sound was off- perfect! We had bottomless mimosas, **** Mary's, their delicious onion rings as an appetizer, and shrimp and grits. We were all very pleased with the food and the atmosphere."
