"Ordered from here a few weeks ago when I had covid. I ordered from their website and choose to have it delivered by Toast. I've had pizza delivered by Toast before so didn't give it a second thought. Said my order would be delivered in 20-30 mins. I live 2 lights away, super close. After an hour, I called them to ask where my order was and the guy on the phone says oh I didn't even realize it was for delivery, so he says well who did you choose for delivery, Grub Hub? I said no Toast, and he said well we cant deliver it, I said unfortunately I cant come get it, I have Covid and he says well we have your information here let me speak to my manager and I said please, your website offers alot of different delivery options and I had no idea I was supposed to pick a certain one. I had ordered a shake, chicken and onion rings. Needless to say, No one called me back and they got $17 and some change of my money. Will never go hear again. Poor customer service."
