"After 22yrs of support, me and my family will not spend money with Peking House moving forward. My wife placed an order by phone and was on her way to pick up her order, when a family emergency came about, so she could not pickup her order, in the 22yrs of patronizing this establishment we have never not picked up an order. My wife called to place an order a week later and was met with a very rude woman on the phone stating that you never came to pick up your previous order and hung up on her. In 22yrs of patronizing Peking House we have never not picked up an order we placed, we have spent thousands of dollars with them and for this type of treatment for 1 order not picked up, is ridiculous."
