"As someone with Celiac disease, I cannot consume wheat, rye, barley, hops, or malt. I informed the staff of my dietary needs and they were very accommodating in ensuring that my steak and food were kept separate from any of the aforementioned ingredients. While there are items on the buffet that I can eat, I must be cautious as ultimately the responsibility lies with me, not the restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the dining area was always impeccably clean."
